Awarded three stars by Visit Wales, the holiday cottage is of traditional stone construction and offers accommodation for up to five people (and one, well behaved dog!). A tiered garden leads down to the Neath Canal, where you can sit at the water’s edge and imagine days long ago when canal boats passed by, laden with coal, silica, limestone and gunpowder.

The cottage is well-placed for visiting many of the sights and attractions in the area, and there are plenty of activities on offer for the more energetic of our visitors! Whatever your interests, we’re sure you’ll find something to interest and inspire you - take a look at some pictures of the area on our photo gallery page!

We're also easy to reach, being only six miles from the M4. We're roughly twelve miles from Swansea, around nine miles to Brecon Beacons National Park, about the same distance to the golden sands of Aberavon, and around sixteen miles to Mumbles on the Gower.
